MicroDrip for Houseplants

Inspired by the larger self filling tree watering rings by Aquaring, I made a pattern to create miniature drip rings for smaller pots.

This one sits on top of clay pellets in a 6” pot filled with coco noir. The plant shown in this experiment is a “volunteer” that grew from a seed that hitchiked in from the soil that came with a shell ginger plant I bought online.

The fabric I used is Grenebo non-woven weed barrier garden cloth with a few Oycevila water storing crystals sewn inside.
