Windy (18 mph) and chilly (55°F) at my high desert glampsite, but I cooked outdoors anyway.
Beef bacon over a cheesy tortilla and yummy rolled eggs from the tamagoyaki pan. Garnish is from my moringa plant. I would like to grow a few more in order to have a steady supply of these tasty and nutritious leaves.
Time to bring my Moringa plant in to over winter.
