If I make an entry in keep or wenote or any text field on one phone and need it on the other (or on my tablet) I can copy and paste it from one device to the other.

SquareSpace:

How To Search for Content When Editing in SquareSpace:

Do not use the search at top right, start with more, then pages, then it is in the middle of the screen under Blog Content.

Every Squarespace site has a hidden search page at yourdomain.com/search that will search blog post titles, excerpts, tags, categories, and body content across your site. You can type that URL directly in your browser to quickly find one of your own posts. To make that easier for visitors, you can add a normal navigation link pointing to /search so people can use site search from your menu or footer.Add a search bar on your blog pageGo to Pages → click your main Blog page → Edit. On 7.1 this opens like any other page with sections.Add a new section (usually a blank section at the top of the page), then click an Insert Point or “Add Block” and choose the Search block.Click the pencil icon on the Search block, go to the Content tab, and set it to search only a specific collection; choose your Blog so results are limited to blog posts.Adjust the Display settings if you want quick preview and style options, then Apply/Save and then Save the page.

Editing the whole blog as opposed to editing a single entry gets to the HEADER and FOOTER edit.
